It feels a bit like old news to be blogging about National Poetry Day more than one week on, but anyway…here’s a pic from the event at which I performed at Cake Gallery in Mumbles last Thursday evening.
On the right is Susie Wild, who read some new poems on the ‘home’ theme, as well as an extract from her just-published collection of short stories, The Art of Contraception. Sarah Rees, of the fabulous Cover to Cover independent bookshop, who organised the event, is in the middle.
